In case y'all haven't read the article, it's talking about (U)ltra high-frequency (F)ollow (O)n programs, which deal with utilizing the EM spectrum more efficiently in order to increase the amount and speed of information that can be transmitted/recieved from satellites. I have a great idea for the hapless V-22 Osprey lets use it to replace Marine One instead of purchasing new "Euro Manufactured" helicoplers for use by the President and Government Officals.

Hey if flying in this airborne flaming death trap is good enought to take U.S.M.C. Pvt's. into battle it's da** sure good enough for the corrupted public servents, politicians, Admirals and Generals who are on the take to Bell and Boeing to buy this thing.

The only thing good about the V-22 Ospery it's the least likely aircraft to become a terrorist weapon, the terrorist could never learn how to to fly it.

Now all you V-22 fans can come out of your caves, it's Halloween. You can tell us the story again of how anybody other the the U.S. Military would buy this flying coffin.
