I wouldn't but Noah in that category. He seems more of a skeptic; the guy I am bitching about is an outright fraud.

Rutty,

What do you expect?!?!

It's a journalist! They aren't supposed to be smart, they get thru college hoping to change the world. They learn to spell, parse and edit-but never learn how the real world works.

Sometimes they work on presidential campaigns and then try to sell themselves as impartial!

The only trustworthy journalists are the sports reporters.

Re: Operation Swarmer fizzles

Listten to this assh*le:

"In fact, there were no airstrikes and no leading insurgents were nabbed in an operation that some skeptical military analysts described as little more than a photo op. What’s more, there were no shots fired at all and the units had met no resistance, said the U.S. and Iraqi commanders."

This numbnuts sounds dissappointed that there was no resistance. And just who are these "skeptical military analysts?" The guy himself writes that "insurgent leader Hamad el Taki ... was thought to be in the area."

A fu*king photo-op? Then WTF is this: "With the Interior Ministry's Samarra commando battalion, the soldiers had found some 300 individual pieces of weaponry like mortars, rockets and plastic explosives ... The raids also uncovered high-powered cordless telephones used as detonators in homemade bombs, medical supplies and insurgent training manuals."

And then this piece of sh*t wraps up his piece with this: "Before loading up into the helicopters for a return trip to Baghdad, Iraqi and American soldiers and some reporters helped themselves to the woman’s freshly baked bread, tearing bits off and chewing it as they wandered among the cows. For most of them, it was the only thing worthwhile they’d found all day."

"[T]he only thing worthwhile" was the god-damned bread? Not the weapons? Not the intelligence leads from the confiscated material? Not the detonators?

These guys, viz. BRIAN BENNETT and AL JALLAM should have their god-damned teeth kicked in. F*cking whining little babies is what they are. He went along for what he thought was going to be balls-to-the-wall and it turned out to be boring and "not worhtwhile." So he goes and puts together this piece of garbage as a swipe at the people who invited him along.

Noah, you want to know why that CPT called you the enemy? It is beacause of mother f*ckers like this. You want to know why people complain that many in the press are underming the effort? Just look at what this c*nt can pass off as journalism. This guy should pissed on.
